Purchased from company, via ebay, a Microsoft Office program. Contacted seller prior to receipt who promptly replied with advice
When item arrived I had great difficulty attempting to install product. Quick telephone call was answered promptly and Alex explained procedure. This was backed up with direct links to specific online software to rectify the situation. Notified him, via email of success. As a non-techno person it is good to be able to receive prompt response and helpful advice!

Alex is great. Called him up as my PSU was dead. He was transparent about the what the (very reasonable) price would be if that was confirmed as the problem. Once he took a look and confirmed it was the PSU, he recommended a replacement unit and fixed it very quickly. Would highly recommend.
