Amazing service. Friendly and knowledgable staff. My laptop was broken and would not turn on. Took my laptop in to be repaired an hour before the shop closing and had a message the next day saying they had found the fault and repaired my laptop. The price I paid was fair and I am very thankful for the service. Would recommend for anyone looking for a computer repair service.
Phoned up to see how much it would cost for a fresh install off windows and was told PS50. Now that might sound reasonable. But all they do is put USB flash drive in boot the computer and windows does the rest no need for any driver installs windows picks up everything for you as it should. Avoid if you don’t want ripped off
Very good service, open about pricing and very good pricing. The time was taken to explain what’s happening and talk through the best option for me (fan bearing issues).
Will be definitely be back if the need arises again.
