Jaryd came recommended by a friend. I believe in minimising tech waste on the planet. So ordered a second hand Lenovo laptop through LondonPCfix. Unfortunately my experience has been very disappointing. The laptop came with a 1 year warranty. After just 5 months, the screen developed an issue one fine morning. I checked and replied to emails at home, reached the office, started up the laptop and there were black lines running down and across the top of the screen. I wrote to him with pictures of the screen straight away. He asked me to run some diagnostic tests. I sent a video of me running the diagnostics as instructed- could not resolve the issue. Then I dropped off the laptop at his place. 2 more days go by. Then I follow-up yet another day later. After which he starts up the laptop and sends me a picture of the same issue on the screen and says it will not be covered under warranty as I damaged the screen! There is a scratch and fingerprints to prove it! and is happy to give me a great price on repair!
Broke my MacBook screen and contacted Jaryd at London PC Fix. I was quoted PS276.99 with a genuine screen (much lower than other shops). The screen was replaced within the time frame Jaryd promised. My laptop has no scratches on it, job is completed professionally and the pixels and colours are the exact same as they were before I damaged the screen. I highly recommend London PC Fix as Jaryd has done an amazing job at bringing my Mac back to life. Thank you!
Had them work on a iMac for a simple SSD replacement. Came and did the job but used poor materials to seal the screen up. So the screen fell out. They came to fix it and it did it fell out again.
Asked them to come and fix the issue and was told to do it ourselves. Been a month with no response and still got a broken computer.
UPDATE:
Been 4 months now, still no response. Spoke with apple certified engineer and they agreed. Avoid these people.
