My journey with Mark begun with him taking a look at a pc from a friend that I had tried to clean and ended up frizzing motherboard. I was not aware of that though until Mark diagnosed it as the problem. As he could not fix it without me spending extra money on a new motherboard he didn’t charge me for diagnosis (even though I’d obviously ended up giving him a pointless endeavour). This professionalism with what I had learned of his business prior, and added to the fact I no longer had faith in doing it myself, I commissioned him to use the components I had been accumulating to build my gaming pc and at the same time clean a gpu (enclosed area specialist tools needed) and clean and tidy the wiring up in my daughters recently purchased pc. All jobs were completed with full satisfaction and I love my new build. His pricing is extremely fair and he was a pleasure to deal with great communication.

I was building a pc for a friend but was unable to boot. After a week of debugging each part we found out the motherboard was faulty and reordered. When the motherboard finally arrived we had no more thermal paste left and was driving shop to shop with no luck late in the evening. We were about to give up, but Mark picked up his phone immediately when called and was happy to provide us with a stick of thermal paste for free. He really saved our night and seemed like a genuine and nice guy. Will go there for any future pc troubles.

I called Mark at 4.20p.m. on a Sunday and my problem, which involved a not-at-all obvious firmware update failure, was fixed by 6.35p.m. for a very very good price. I was told that if the issue recurred again in the following days I could bring the laptop back in for a free fix. I could not recommend highly enough and will use again if I have future computer problems.
