Wife went to the shop and asked the price for a new glass back for my phone. PS50 , which I thought was steep but would have paid. He, apparently, phoned his boss at another shop who had the glass backing there and would arrange to get it up at Louth within the next day or two. I was to ring the shop, after a few days and arrange to go in. I rang back and explained what the problem was and asked if the glass back was at the shop. He didn’t know what I was talking about, when my wife intervened, he remembered bit said that he forgot to ask his boss ( but rang him when she was in the shop! Unless he was pretending?)
He sai that he would contact me as soon as his boss brought it in.
I’m still waiting for the phone call a month later!!
I’ve had it done by someone else who was 30% cheaper.
As a newcomer to the area, I was utterly disappointed.
Won’t go back.

I took my son’s iphone in to install a new battery and fix an issue that another shop had caused. The gentleman came across as polite and very knowledgeable. The phone was fixed within two hours and cost less than I thought, explaining what it took to remedy that other fault. I now know I should have gone here in the first place rather than the other place I went to. Definitely would use again.

Absolutely brilliant service. Went in with an iPhone one of our dogs had chewed. His canine had gone right through the screen and I thought it was beyond repair. Gagan worked his magic and fixed it in just over an hour. Charming friendly service. Cannot recommend them highly enough. Karen
