I would leave 10 stars if possible!! ELISE was pleasant and professional, and extremely competent! She fixed my cracked screen on my iPhone in 30 minutes to perfection. Thank you very much! I highly recommend this store. Everyone was extremely helpful and polite. I do not speak French but I live here in Nice and they did everything they could to make me feel comfortable and understand. They all spoke English beautiful
I asked the personnel the estimate the repair cost for my USB-C port which stopped charging frequently. The employee recognized, that the problem was only dirt and fixed the charging port for free. I tried to clean the port by myself before with pressure air and some thin plastic peace, but without any success.

I was having trouble with my eSIM card I bought online, and they were able to fix it when other phone shops weren’t able to. They were really nice and patient too! I highly recommend bringing your phone here if you’re having trouble!
