I just bough a gaming computer last week from Lu Computers. This is my 4th computer I bought from LuComputers,their customer service is very friendly and also they will give us lots suggestion about our order, save lots money for the computer. They also offer us a very good deal for my PC.
This is the only shop doesn’t charge assembling fee and they will provide full warranty for my computer, and even give me free shipping for the order.
Last year,my 3rd. computer’s video card had problem, they lent me a video card without any questions, so I still have computer to do my work. it took about 3 weeks to get the video card back and I got the new model video card back, it is the latest model. I am so happy about it.

I saw some bad reviews from website, but it won’t effect my confidence with Lu Computers.
I will give them 5 Stars and recommend all my friends to buy the computer from Lu Computers.

Absolutely terrible customer service. A few months with the new computer, the video card died which they said they could replace no problem. They lent me a slower video card until the new video card got replaced. Took them over 4 months and I had to continuously contact them and remind them.

I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. employees were rude to me for continuously contacting them. Once every other week, but after 4 months it was only when I suggested legal action, for not giving me what I paid for they gave in and the next day they said they would have my card. It doesn’t take 4 months to RMA a video card. I contacted EVGA to ask.

If you want a custom built PC i highly recommend doing it yourself. (You can do a better job than these guys) Or just go to Canada Computers.

I’m surprised at the amount of negative reviews for this store. I live in Quebec and ordered off their website which went extremely smoothly (minus a few hiccups during payment). They even called me twice during the building process to confirm if the parts chosen were accurate and satisfactory (the case I had chosen was not available but they looked for a replacement and ran their new list by me for me to choose).

The computer arrived ahead of time with basic UPS Ground shipping and I even received a call afterwards so they could confirm I received it and to let me know to call back if any problems came up. Been over 6 months now and the computer is still working perfectly fine. Definitely recommend them, at least in terms of online shopping.
