Won’t be going back. Paid PS40 for the charging port etc on my iPhone 6s Plus to be fully replaced on Saturday. Charging was still intermittent so took it back Monday (yesterday) for them to say I need an original apple charger. Fair enough. But I still don’t feel they replaced it just cleared it out. Took it back today as the head phone socket was working, they then said it was my fault it must’ve been one of my kids that put something in their. (My kids aren’t even with me). Then say it’s PS15 to fix the headphone jack but they will do it for a tenner. Like they are doing me a favour. There is no way the headphone port broke within 3 days when it was working fine before. Phone is working fine now but they come across like they tell you what you want to hear. I was told from the beginning PS40 to replace the whole thing (charging port and headphone jack etc all on the same thing) or PS20 if they don’t need to take the phone apart. I’ve paid PS50 total and something doesn’t quite sit right. Got more phones that need fixing and won’t be going back.

My daughter broke her screen and I booked an appointment at a well known mobile provider and they said her phone was bent and unrepairable. It was plainly obvious it was straight when viewed down the edge so I found M&C and asked if they could replace the screen. An hour and a half later it had a new screen and a case and a screen protector. My daughter says the screen is just as good as the original.
Very pleased with the service, the cost and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

Went in today to get my mates Galaxy Note 10 plus unlocked. Waited an hour and then they said they couldn’t do it so I would have to wait another 3 hours and the option they gave me was to ring me and give me the code however I have waited 3 hours and heard absolutely nothing. Let’s just say I wasted PS25 on nothing. Absolutely awful. If you want someone to do what you want to do then avoid this place at all costs. Not worth going to.
