A relatives dog decided my wife’s phone would make a good chew toy and the smart phones screen had ceased to function, it was unclear to us where the damage was as the screen protector had borne the brunt of the chewing and the screen appeared undamaged although it didn’t work.

I researched places to take the device for repair and didn’t want to send it away as this could have taken weeks, we wanted a very quick turn around. Based on reviews for this shop we paid them a visit. The customer service was top notch and the man set to work straight away. He identified that the screen protector had saved the front of the screen but all the damage was on the underside: he showed us the fractures through a magnifying glass and how they matched the weird flashing of the screen when switched on. The phone is a fairly new model Samsung so the screen needed to be ordered but the turnaround was still under 48hrs. It was all done and dusted as we wanted and he even added a new screen saver to the phone. We will definitely be back if we need similar work done, great service, thank you.

My phone had gone into a software loop the afternoon before I was due to go away for a few days. After an urgent and quick google search and ring around, this place seemed to have the best understanding of the symptoms I described, diagnosis and plan to rectify it. It needed to be wiped clean and the software reinstalled which was done overnight. They then helped me recover all my apps and data early the next day so that I could get away as planned. Fantastic service. Highly recommended.

Save your money and your devices as this man is nothing more than a scam! Paid PS350 for an apparently new screen for it to not last longer than 2 months without dropping at all and woke up one morning to a all black screen so I took it back just wondering if he could help me out and he laughed at me and said I dropped it which I didn’t, he also said he wouldn’t do anything unless I brought another screen!
