They couldn’t fix my phone nor give me a clear reason why it stopped working and they scratched the screen on top of that.
I didn’t see it when I got my phone back, so I didn’t point it out. They kept quiet, didn’t say sorry, nothing.

My phone died 2 years and 3 months after I had bought it (so just after warranty), but I had taken a good care of it. It didn’t have a single scratch before and now it looks as if somebody stepped on it. I had hoped that somebody else would be able to fix it, but now with the change of the screen it’s just not worth it.

I live far away and they knew that I’ll probably never come back again. A friend said they might have harvested my screen because it was in a perfect state and the model is unusual.
For me it seems far fetched since they would have to have a scratched one to replace mine in 3 days, but it’s not entirely impossible.

I’ll probably be petty enough to bring it to another repair shop after the holidays or send it to the manufacturer to see what really happened there.

But they were very nice and the dog was cute, so 2 stars.

Rip off do not go here!!!

Had my phone fixed twice by these guys only for the same issue to return. They claim to use genuine Samsung screens when they are cheap Chinese screens. They will not refund or replace the screen and have tried to accuse me of dropping the phone. Poor customer service, liars, terrible business. Avoid!

The screen came with a 3 month warranty and you havent even entertained the fact that it could be a faulty screen. You have come to the conclusion that the phone has been dropped without any evidence and have done this with two screens which have both been faulty well within warranty. You say you pride yourself on customer service, evidently not. You just dismissed me twice, when we both know that physical damange is just one of MANY possible causes for the lines on the screen. An email and recording are on the way to trading standards.

Excellent service. Upfront diagnosis of problem and price for repair. (Unlike Apple). All carried out promptly with additional help to restore all material from ICloud ( which had been wiped clean). It is not necessary (or perhaps advisable) to use mainstream/named repairers. Certainly so far M&R mobiles and Ahmet are to be highly recommended.
