Went to Mac Expert as my computer was showing a white screen with a question mark icon. Earlier in the day I went to another repair shop who quoted me EUR250, and said they would have to replace the hard drive. Mac expert told me the problem was in fact with the cable, and not the disk and they replaced it immediately. I actually ended up getting the hard drive replaced there too, and for both of the repairs it still wasn’t as expensive as the original price. Very professional, prompt and welcoming. Thank you for your time!
Went because my computer seemed bricked and wouldn’t turn on. Within about 3 minutes they figured out it was the keyboard and it would have been fixed by the next day if they didn’t need to order a US keyboard replacement. Fast and friendly service with upfront, reasonable pricing. Hopefully I don’t have any problems in the near future but if so I’ll come back here.
Jeremy is truly a mac expert and is obviously impassioned by apple products. Yet he has non of the distasteful characteristics of the company itself. Thank god that apples consumerist elitism is mitigated by people like Jeremy whose love for the technology brings it back to life.
