Took my Macbook Pro 15″ 2013 model in for a service and new battery. They did a quick job and were able to get it back to me the same day.

Ran into a few issues when I got it back. Not knowing what it was and why my laptop battery and system were still running poor, I took it back to Mac Plus who tested it and checked for hardware issues. They even offered to hand deliver it to my place of work due to me not being able to get to the store before it closed! In the end they discovered a software issue pushing the cpu too hard and gave me recommendations on what to do based on what I use it for. After taking their advice and disabling a few unused services my laptop is running great and the battery is back to proper functionality.

My laptop had a charging port issue and needed a new battery. Additionally, the drop box was completely full and my virus protector kept ‘reminding’ me to upgrade! However, once the laptop came back it operated as if it were new. Faster, stronger complete with new battery and charging port. No nasty pop ups nor annoying adverts. Data cleaned and sorted.. and good advice given in how to maintain my programs. I’m can now work on my laptop productively and efficiently. Thanks to the ‘ 2 Sotos’ with their

I’m more than happy with my experience of Mac Plus. They were sympathetic to my situation as a full-time carer for my wife, which means I can’t easily leave the house. They quoted a very competitive price and, in addition, collected and returned my laptop (as I live not too far from their shop). Battery replaced and MacBook Air cleaned, all within just over 24 hours. I was a little wary at first, as I am a naturally cautious person, but I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
