I cannot recommend these guys enough. The service is A** from being warmly greeted to all the advice given. My MacBook’s hardrive failed, these guys managed to retrieve my data and get everything working great. Other than the friendly service the biggest compliment I can pay this firm is that they didn’t look to rip me off, which I have experienced in the past. Honestly it was so refreshing to use a company that offered great customer service with very fair pricing. I was so happy in fact I used them to repair my Mac mini which I thought was too old, not only did they get it running they even upgraded it for a fraction of the cost of a new one. I had an urgent problem where my MacBook Pro screen died completely. The guys at Mac Repair Herts were able to diagnose the problem and repair it within 5 days. All the time I was kept up to date with professional and courteous communication, leaving me with a choice of actions. Because it needed a new screen it wasn’t cheap, but they rescued my MacBook and saved me the huge work stress that I was experiencing. Definitely recommend this service.
