I had a horrible experience. I dropped my phone and cracked my screen so, I had to get my screen replaced. I was charged GBP 60 and was happy with the screen replacement. After collecting my phone, I realised the speakers were damaged during the repair and the sound quality was bad. I didn’t make much of it and ignored it. Around two months later the new screen stopped working properly, the display was gone and lines started to appear, I hadn’t dropped my phone once. The screen just stopped working by itself. So, I went back to the shop, to show them what had happened, they said that they would have to change the screen again. Again, I was charged GBP 60, I hoped they had done a good job this time. I don’t know what they did but my phone was unable to make or receive calls, I tried fixing it, it wasn’t a software issue but something had been damaged internally. Again, around 2 months later the screen started glitching and lines started appearing. I was angry and went back to the shop to complain. I told them that I had already replaced my screen twice and this was the second time that the screen started glitching by itself, there was not a single crack or any physical damage. They said they couldn’t repair it and would need to change the screen again. Honestly, I’m super frustrated. Seems like all they do is put in a new faulty screen which stops working along with other problems so you would have to go back again and again.

I had a screen issue with my MacBook which Apple would charge close PS500 to repair. It’s 6 years old but otherwise works fine. They said it would be more cost effective to get a new one. But I have some work that needs completing urgently and I don’t have a spare grand lying around.

Anyway, I ring these gents up, after googling and looking at reviews. Made it dead easy.
– No appointment necessary, just pop in.
– Drop off before 12 and it can be done same day.
– Won’t repair if they find multiple issues
– Total cost was as advertised and over a hundred quid less than Apple.
– 90 day warranty on parts.

They were great. Really easy and straightforward. I turned up in the morning, picked it up in the afternoon. They did a great job. Worst thing about the whole process was getting into town and parking. I’d definitely use them again if I needed owt again.

I spilled wine on my girlfriend’s Macbook Air which left the keyboard and trackpad unresponsive. I was quoted PS850 to repair it direct from the manufacturer. Mac Repair Manchester were able to remove the liquid and fix the device for only PS100. I was very lucky in this situation, but I couldn’t recommend the service and honesty of these guys enough. They are top professionals and I will 100% return in future if I have any tech issues. Thanks a lot guys.
