I’ve tried my best to leave a good review. but I simply can’t.
I came in about 1 month back to get my screen fixed. They quoted 80 quid which wasn’t bad… The bad part comes now.

2 weeks later my phone screen starts flickering and doesn’t even work when pressing the buttons. Then one day my phone just resets, resulting in me losing all my photos and notes EVERYTHING. I live far away from the business so after that I thought enough is enough.

So on Saturday the 3rd of August at 12pm, I walk back into the shop and told him the problem. He said “leave it with me” I came back 6 HOURS LATER. Just to be told by the boss (VJ) they couldn’t do it. He then says quote for a quote “come back tomorrow but don’t come Sunday” even the boss doesn’t have a clue what day of the week it is. So I came back Monday the 5th of August and I was sat waiting for 2 hours and the owner/boss comes in, and he is more concerned about shouting at somebody over the phone than greeting his staff or customers. I tried to have a bit crack on with the boss. He replied, quote for a quote ” AHH mate I’m not in the mood, I’ve got a bad back.” talk about making your customers feel welcome. Not here!

Anyways I’m leaving the shop after having my screen fixed 2 times in the last 2 months. And I get home and the screen is super delayed and pressing buttons doesn’t even register. I literally had to write this review on my mother’s phone… So I ring them back up. They have the utter cheek to say it was possibly me who broke it, as he fully tested it before I left (touched the screen to see if it works)

I honestly wanted to leave that shop with a smile on my face and a good review. THEY made sure that wasn’t going to be the case.

They asked me to come In tomorrow, AGAIN FOR THE 4TH TIME IN 2 MONTHS.

As a competent adult I’ve never seen a company who will try to shift the blame onto another business across the road as much as they do. Tried telling me that all the bad reviews for this place are for over the road… Lol and before you reply “it’s a fake review.” Answer why my phone is still broken after being in your shop 3 times in 2 months.

Absolute snake oil salesmen at its finest.

Fantastic service given by the team at Mac Repairs. Make no mistake, the customer service was excellent. The professional service to fix all 3 iPhones & iPad was done to perfection. I recommend this place to anyone, 11/10.

Third rate printing, barely legible and charges you through the roof!

8 pounds for 5 pages is daylight robbery! Beware customers because they will be overcharging you in other things too!

They take advantage of your desperation and then they extort you! I would leave a 0 star review if I could to these crooked cowboys.
