Had a great experience with this service. They were professional, responsive and had an humane customer service.
Tried other repair shops before from big to small and this definetely felt a place I can rely on if I ever need any maintantnce or repairs on my computer.
These guys did a great job repairing our 10yr old iMac (replacing blown hard disk with SSD and reinstalled the OS). Fast turnaround and talked me through everything they did and it works perfectly. Very courteous and efficient pick up and drop off from our house. What’s not to like?! Highly recommended.
My laptop’s issue was quickly diagnosed, explained to me, and I had my laptop back and functional within a few days (and that was only because a spare part had to be ordered). Would highly recommend!
