A little while ago I had the misfortune of spilling some water over my keyboard, so I needed to get it checked out. Took it to MacSupport and they replaced the keyboard. They also diagnosed that disc drive was not performing well. Their price for the keyboard work was very fair, and their recommendations for dealing with the drive problem very helpful.Throughout this worrying episode their service was efficient and very helpful. Can’t recommend them highly enough! Thank you.
Craig and Mac Repair were absolutely brilliant. My Macbook wouldn’t start up and needed a replacement battery urgently in the middle of a huge work event which was massively stressful. Craig got the repair done in a couple of hours as a matter of urgency and I was up and running super quickly. It was greatly appreciated! Damian was absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process. My Mac M1 Pro stopped working after some liquid damage to the touch bar, and in just two days Damian converted it from a pretty average doorstop to an excellent device again. Apple quoted me PS650 for an entire top case even after spending a while diagnosing it. Damian however found the fault very quickly and fixed it with a comparatively cheap part. All in it was PS200. Highly recommend!
