Marc is a great guy and clearly knows his stuff when it comes to apple products. I brought my 27inch IMac to his place as overnight it became barely useable, super slow booting up and simple things like typing were basically impossible. As a music producer my Mac is one of the most important tools I use. Marc was able to diagnose the issue which turned out to be a faulty Fusion Drive. Within 48 hours Marc fixed this issue entirely and installed a super fast SSD upgrade for me at a more than reasonable price as well as give me a a few options as to what I wanted to do for an upgrade. I can just recommend Mark to anyone who needs any help with his Apple device. I had a problem to reinstall my OS as it was very slow and all the time keeps me logging out of all my accounts and few more issues with laptop.
