These guys are absolute LEGENDS!!

I called in today (Fri 19 Jul 2024) with a “dead” 2015 12″ MacBook that I was convinced I had bricked by trying to replace the battery – I followed the iFixit step-by-step instructions to the letter, and after 4 hours of extremely challenging disassembling and reassembling, my MacBook would not turn on! I called in to Mac-Sys on the off chance that they might be able to salvage it, and Wayne was able to get it going again by reseating the display cable… in under 5 mins! I am so grateful as I was almost certain that it was unsalvageable, and I am very happy to be writing this review on the very same MacBook 🙂

I called back about an hour later with a 2010 iMac that had a display issue and Wayne once again salvaged it by replacing the display panel, reviving yet another old device that I thought was almost ready for the bin!

I will definitely be back to Mac-Sys as they clearly know their Apple products, both old and new!

iPhone 11 screen absolutely destroyed following a drop on a night out. Wasnt sure phone would would work again – the guys reassured me it was salvageable and replaced the screen and had it working again in a matter of hours. Due to their Apple certification, my warranty on my phone isnt affected which is a massive bonus as the phone is only a few months old. Very happy with phone, the service and the speed of work done. Strongly strong recommend these guys. Great work done efficiently and without fuss. 5 stars all the way.

Excellent service! I needed a new battery for my 2nd generation iPhone SE. I didn’t want the hassle of going to the Apple Store in Belfast (parking etc) but I had already tried a local place to replace the battery and they were rubbish, so I knew I definitely wanted an Apple certified person. I emailed a few questions to Mac-Sys and Susie replied very promptly. My battery was replaced within an hour and I have a 3 month warranty in case something goes wrong.
