Dreadful. Used these people big mistake was for a replacement battery and ‘other repairs’ The phone was returned with a cracked screen which I complained about and they said some damage often occur when fixing phones and that was it – they said they would give me PS 20 refund off the PS180 I paid. Also the battery they replaced only only lasted a number of weeks. Beware of this place and its associate shops on Chillingham Road.
Response – to Mach Tech reply. This is not a fake review – And insulting genuine customers. It is fact – I took the items in good faith to the shop and got it back damaged. As I said I complained about the cracked screen and was told that that (damage) was an acceptable part of the repair process!! When I asked for a refund he told me he must phone ‘our’ other shop in Chillingham Road – I waited and he told me that they had said I could only have PS20 back.. This is my experience with this outfit. I am a reasonable person and if the service had been anywhere near honest and reasonable I would have wrote a complimentary review. What I would suggest to you is examine your work ethics and business practices. **Note – the phone I was told needed ‘other repairs’ as well battery replacement .

Took my old Android mobile into shop as it had suddenly completely died on me the previous day – fully expecting it to be a lost cause. Returned later to find it fully resuscitated! A great service from Ash – speedy, professional, pleasant, helpful – at a very reasonable price. After this scare , I should probably seriously think about replacing this phone!

Ash is a very great and honest guy with his work, he is always looking for a way to help when you come in the store. He always try to sort the problem by advising you in the best way, so you don’t spend much money.
