DO NOT buy from this company. I purchased a laptop with a next day service (4 working days). There communication is terrible. I had to chase this everyday. They have all the excuses and do not care they have your money. They ignore any wish to cancel and just continue with what ever they want. Now in the refund stage but there 14 day period has passed and still nothing. Received an email to say it’s been escalated and still nothing. Luckily I paid on a credit card so I have now processed that but am out of pocket the interest charges I got. Which if they refunded properly I wouldn’t have had any. If anyone pays on a debit card id sell the debt to a debt collection, or a credit card, go through your card provider. Don’t even waste your time trying with them. I would avoid this company at all costs. They run this company by taking peoples money then locating the product. A refund policy doesn’t exist with them either. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Bought refurbished Beats headphones, grade B. The processing time of my delivery was really long and I was certain there was a problem, especially when I didn’t get the tracking number for the package when promised. I started to read other customer reviews and became increasingly worried and seriously thought I got scammed. I wrote a one star review thinking I lost my money.

Eventually I did get the tracking code and my package arrived today.

To my pleasant surprise the headphones are like new! They work perfectly and came with the needed cords and a case, wich all were also in superb condition. I’m really pleased with my purchase and happy to tell I was wrong in my doubts, the company did deliver a great product, in a much better condition than I was expecting in the first place! Thank you!

As previous reviewers have said this is a scam. Do not buy from this company. I ordered ipods for my special needs children who love listening to music. Nothing has been dispatched and when I emailed to request the order be cancelled and for a refund it there is no response. The phone number doesn’t work either. I am a single parent on a low income and it makes me so angry these people steal from those who have the least. I don’t know how they sleep at night. I have reported them to Trading Standards and hope karma gets them eventually.
