The email on my laptop had defaulted to the wrong address and I couldn’t figure out. How to switch it back. I called and the person talked to me and tried to offer simple solutions. When That didn’t work.
The technician became available to me within 15 minutes at there location, where I had no appointment booked. Ali calmly worked on the problem and after 10-15 minutes we had a solution. I offered to pay , but they said no charge. Would be happy to go back in the future. Thanks, Glenn.

Fantastic and professional service. I needed my charging port replaced and other competitors claimed it took 2-3 days but they had it done in an hour. Incredibly fast communication both through email and text, fully transparent with the cost. Make sure to book at appointment at the NVan location so they know when to expect you. Pay either in cash or credit card.
