Recently bought a 15inch Mac book after a very informative and pleasant discussion with James. When the machine arrived there was a small issue which concerned me. I mailed the office and received a phone call within five minutes. Suffice to say that the issue was resolved to our mutual satisfaction and I am delighted with my Mac.
