Felt compelled to write this as I have just had my laptop back and am very happy with the service provided. The reviews helped me come to a decision to use this place and I hope my review convinces you too.

I broke the LCD on my 2019 MacBook pro and called up George and his team to have it fixed. As I live an hour away, George took a deposit, ordered the display and asked me to come on the day it (the new screen) was delivered and have my laptop fixed…I had my laptop fixed within 40 mins and it is now back up and running. Service was incredibly efficient and I got it for half the price that Apple was charging. Even better, my laptop has been replaced with an authentic Apple screen so if I ever needed to go back to Apple, I would not have any problems.

I was apprehensive about giving my laptop but immediately felt calm when I walked into the shop and saw the amount of Apple products they deal with as well as seeing how well versed they are in their knowledge of Apple products. I certainly recommend this place and hope they get more recognition than they currently have. Thank you George and Charlie!

George is very professional and friendly and fixed my liquid damaged Mac on time for my deadline. Apple quoted me an outrageous amount to fix it whilst he I got a very fair quote from MacEmergency. I don’t usually write reviews but I went to them because of the fantastic reviews and it’s fair to say I was not disappointed by the service. So much better than Apple Store. Thank you George hopefully I wont damage my laptop again but if I do, I won’t even bother going to the Apple Store first!! I couldn’t find the place at first tho. So I called and got the address from George which was 5 mins away what it says on Google.

When my MacBook Pro’s battery failed, there were a few options in the area but opted to go for MacEmergency as had read such glowing reviews about the service that Phil and George provide and really pleased I did! They were available to keep me updated on timelines for getting it fixed, provided a thorough breakdown of the issues (which were a fair few ones I wasn’t aware of!) and even replaced a broken key on my keyboard all as part of the service. They also provided some thoughful aftercare by recommending some additional hardware for me to keep everything backed up for the future!
