Avoid this company at all costs. I paid over $200 to have my shattered phone back glass fixed, but when I received it back, the internal speaker suddenly stopped working and I can only have a conversation on speaker phone. I contacted them, and they initially assured me it was not an issue and asked me to return it for repair. However, when I returned, the owner claimed that the microphone was already broken before they worked on it. He suggested that during the back glass removal, it might have caused the internal speaker issue and now wanted to charge me for replacing the microphone. This level of service is extremely disappointing, and it’s shocking how poorly they treat their customers

I took my Macbook to the store because it wasn’t charging and I was in the area. The door was locked when I got there but the owner let me in after a few minutes. I explained that my battery wasn’t charging when it was plugged in. They said it was my battery and wanted $300 to replace it. They stated they could fix it while I waited. The price was too expensive so I left the store to get a second opinion and find a fairer price.

I’m so glad I took my computer to another shop. It turned out both the battery and charging port needed repair. The repair shop I took it to charged less than $300 for a new battery and charging port.

I would whole-heartedly recommend Mac Guys in Oakville. Huzaifa Khan was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He was very patient with me as I asked him a lot of questions. They managed to restore my 12 year iMac desktop to being fully functional again. The price was quite reasonable for the work they had to perform. The computer was ready when he said it would be. He took the time to explain everything to me and like I said he happily answered all my questions. I will be using these guys for all of my Apple and computer problems going forward.
