Amazing customer service from Ali, the owner. I brought my aged but beloved 14″ MacBook in, the screen was toast, but Ali tried everything to get it to work. He had a super nice 13″ with top specs on the shelf and I bought that. He spent time transferring things over, got my hard drive out of the old machine, set me up with a remote access cable and had me all sorted in record time on a Saturday. And then, the cherry on top. He made a mistake and sold me the wrong cable. I asked him about it via text message at 5:45 pm and he immediately admitted the error and we made plans to meet later at my hotel to make the exchange. On a Saturday evening! We met at 8:30 pm just as he had promised and the exchange was made. What incredible service! I will think of Ali and his example often as I use my new (refurbished and perfect) laptop which I bought at a very fair price.

I called Ali after a last minute job offer with a near immediate start demanding the world, and he delivered.
He showed care, strong attention to detail and such kindness as well as a willingness to go above and beyond.
Within a couple of days the parts had been sourced, the laptop repaired and everything fixed.
