I have been really naive.
Before leaving the shop with my new Laptop, I have pushed them to give me back my old “broken” laptop and came back home.
It results that the 2 laptops are working perfectly even the “broken” one since more than 2 months. It was only a connection issue.
I wanted to get reimbursed that they didn’t accept.
Don’t trust them and really encourage you to not go there.
The repair was handled with exceptional proficiency and attention to detail. My keyboard now works flawlessly, and the entire process was far smoother than I could have ever imagined.
In addition to their impeccable service, the store itself was clean, organized, and clearly designed with customer convenience in mind. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with the result !!
Absolut Eindrucksvoller Service.
Ich wurde sehr gut Beraten von den Herren am Tresen ( Furkan & Mohammad) und sowohl die Kommunikation mit dem Techniker Herrn Robin Focher als auch die Reparatur durch ihn waren absolut schnell und Kompetent umgesetzt worden.
Vor allem ist man mir dann noch preislich entgegengekommen, was ich einen unglaublichen Service finde.
Hier wird der Kunde noch gross geschrieben
und kompetent beraten !
