I can’t recommend Robert and the Mac’s Are Us team enough. I had an issue with my MacBook Pro, which I needed resolved urgently for work so brought it in for Rob to look at (after an unsatisfactory assessment at the Apple store). Rob thoroughly analyzed my machine, sent it off to get repaired the same day, and hired me a replacement machine. He also went out of his way to back up all my work and gave some valuable advice on managing my Mac storage to prevent another breakdown – none of which the Apple store offered! Top service, reasonably priced and very informative! I’d definitely use them again.

We took 2 macs to Robert and Gordon, one had been dropped and the battery had exploded causing the track pad to crack. We needed the data removed which they were able to do.
The other one’s space was full and Robert showed me how to make more space and spent a lot of time explaining to me why it had got so full and how to avoid it happening again. As it had taken so long I asked what I owed him for the time and he shrugged and said write a google review. Both Gordon and Robert were so helpful and immediate in their response to us calling in unexpectedly. Nicola

MacsAreUs is a great local company to help with macs. They took their time to help explain to me the issue with my mac and advised me the best course of action. Not only did they give me honest advice they went out of their way to loan me a key board and mouse to over come my issue. Robert is a brilliant and I will certainly go back if I need to. Thanks
