Every part of the encounter was outstanding, from the customer service, the repair works and the time taken to get the work done. I had left the laptop behind Thursday late afternoon and got the notification it was ready by Friday midday. On top of this, the person at the till was extremely helpful. When collecting my laptop, I mentioned how my phone charger is faulty and was delighted to find out they also sell authentic apple appliances for less than the cost in apple stores. I definitely would be going back and would recommend this place for anything technology related, from buying appliances to getting your devices repaired, MacShack is definitely a trustworthy and reliable place to go.

I was really panicking with my laptop as my A levels are approaching very soon and was really stressed my laptop was going to require a very expensive repair that was going to take a very long time to do so. I was recommended to take my laptop to the shop by someone I know and I did so. I was welcomed with open arms and discussed my problems I had with my laptop and within a few days had my laptop given back to me in mint condition with everything working again. The owner of the shop has 19 years of experience under his belt and seemed very knowledgable and knew exactly what to do and what he was talking about when he addressed me with the issues almost straight away and was a very nice person to speak to as well as fixing my laptop for a very low cost. Would most definitely recommend to anyone having problems with a computer. An absolute life saver. Thank you
Cannot complain! very kind customer service, diagnosed the issue with my laptop really quickly.Very reliable, fast replies and gives a great deal! He did a lot of testing to find the specific issue, so he is very efficient in his work. He cleaned my fans and installed the SSD perfectly without any fault, I would definitely recommend! If I have any more issues in the future I know where to come to :)!
He also once removed a headphone jack which was stuck in my phone and didn’t take any charge for it which was very kind of him.
