Jimmy is a very kind soul & very understanding/trustworthy. I took my MacBook Pro to him for repair after spilling coffee on it. He managed to diagnose the problem and message me very soon after dropping off my lap top to him, even though he was quite busy with other repairs. He finished the repairs (replaced my screen and keyboard) the same day I dropped off my laptop. I am very content with his work on my lap top. His fees are very fair and reasonable. I would genuinely recommend his service to anyone who requires lap top repair. Thanks again Jimmy!
Jimmy’s amazing. Very honest and trustworthy. My 2012 27″ iMac started to slow down and finally stopped being able to “find itself” and became useless. Jimmy replaced the dead hard drive, rebuilt the system, and upgraded the RAM so it is working 100% faster and better than ever. Hopefully this iMac will last another decade! If you live in Durham Region, this is a highly recommended solution. I didn’t have the patience to cope with a big box store, and glad I didn’t need to!
I spilled water on my BRAND NEW Macbook Pro… was devastated. Took it to Apple and they said it would be $3000 to fix it. In fact, they recommended I junk this computer and buy a new one… Jimmy took it in and made it feel new again for less than 1/3rd of the cost that Apple told me. He SAVED my life. Friendly, courteous, understanding and honest. Why would I go anywhere else?
