Overall good manners and business well presented. Gave 2 laptops to fix first Paulo asked for money before doing anything else which to me was a little bit odd paid pualo PS110 for diagnosis for both laptops.
After a day he informed me that 1 laptop was not worth repairing and the other laptop was worth fixing. Took a week for the part to come and charged me a further PS110 for fix and a new charger. Total spent 210 could have brought a new laptop.
PS75 for fix and 10 for a meter lead PS25 for a new charger.
Overall very unhappy with time it took and the money spent he also damaged my volume and usb/ charger port on one side which was working before. Will not be going back there don’t follow reviews on Google as they could be all made up.

Without a doubt best repair shop I have ever been to amazing service and owner is great I have never had such good customer service fast and cheap repair if you have any tech problems come to this guy you will not regret it I gave him my Apple Watch that I thought was dead he said give me 30 min and I came back to fully working Apple Watch and fixed for a great price just 10/10 service would recommend.

If you are thinking of going elsewhere, don’t. A great experience from start to finish. Paulo was able to replace my battery within 24 hours, and was far quicker and cheaper than alternative places I contacted. His communication, manner and work are top notch. Thank you!
