Highly competent folks with service oriented mind. Despite they could not fix my MacBook Pro on warranty terms (it was just over a year when the logic board failed) they did a solid failure analysis and gave me further advice how I could possibly approach Apple. Since they had documented the work very well I could agree with Apple US (it is a US model) on extending the warranty and have it fixed directly through Apple. They can’t do magic, but everything else is possible. Thanks girls and guys at MacSystem!
10/10 experience. I went here to get a LCD artifact checked, and the staff determined my 5 month old iPad was defective. They issued a replacement free of charge, and I only had to wait 3 days for my new iPad to arrive from Apple. Overall, employees here offer quick, professional service. (and they speak English!) I couldn’t ask for more!
Being an international, I never knew any trust worthy place that I could go any repair my MacBook Pro in Ulm. But Mac systems GmbH did a great job, fixing my broken Mac pro restoring it to its full functionality. 5 stars from a satisfied customer.
