Chris and the team and extremely helpful. Our phone was on the blink after water ingress. Another shop we visited said there was nothing they could do – they basically didn’t try as they wanted to sell us a new phone!!

Chris first used software to restore the phone warning that it may still need further work – PS10 charged for his time. Very reasonable.

The phone did go back to a blank screen as warned. As part of the process he then ran some checks & changed the proxy, what ever that is! The phone worked fine but the proxy was faulty resulting in the speaker not working, so he ordered a new one. – no fix , no charge.

Went back a few days later, new proxy, phone like brand new, and only a PS35 charge!

Myself, my mum and my daughter visited this shop today and I can honestly say from start to finish it was amazing. They really make time for their customers and nothing is too much. Very honest my mum had gone in first she is in her 80’s and they were honest about her phone and sorted out the initial problem with no excessive charges. The prices are extremely reasonable especially for the expertise and the friendly environment. I will definitely use this shop again and will recommend it to anyone who has phone or tablet problems.

Nice little find for us. Had a mobile phone sitting in a drawer; an iPhone 11. Phoned these guys. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Gave me confidence. Gave me a good price for the phone. A word of warning, and the guys brought this up. Don’t try and park in Western Road- it’s a bun fight !!!
