So, Sunday morning of a Bank Holiday weekend, a whole ton of work to be done for a client on a deadline…and the PC won’t boot and shows a motherboard error 79 message. Meeting Arun and having knowing the guy for a few days now has been good. The man is a great guy. He spoke very kind to me and was very nice to me when we spoke over the phone. I sent my pc to him to get it checked out as it was having issues and I got it back in just a few days. He even helped me sort out an issue and decreased the pricing for me just a little bit for me to pay him to help me clean my pc because I was struggling with my money as I don’t really work in a job too much anymore because I go college most times and work from home. I wanted to be careful because I didn’t want to ruin any important part in my pc as I don’t really trust my self with these things because anything could go wrong. So I trusted Arun and he delivered. As a user of computers for 30 years I have to congratulate Arun on the high quality of his business. Battery replacement on MacBook Air. Dropped off on Saturday evening -mended on Monday and picked up that evening. Half the cost of Apple service and it did not take 10 days which was Apple’s best offer.
