My laptop charging cable got wet, and no longer worked. Went in hoping to buy a used one. The owner looked at my laptop and informed me there may be a greater issue with my laptop than simply the charging cable (I told him there was definitely not). He took my laptop to try a charging cable with it, comes back and informs me it is working.
“I’ll just wrap that up for you then” he says.
“How much?” I ask, expecting $15-$20 (the laptop used over a year ago cost $75)
“$50”
He’d already attempted to upsell more work to be done, then tried charging top dollar for an old used charger.
Do not recommend.
Wouldn’t go back. I ordered a computer for work, when I called to see when it would be ready, the lady was rude and irritable. She told me we only asked about a computer and did not order it. So I placed the order again and had a coworker pick it up a couple days later when it was ready, only to find out it was not what we asked for. Upon calling the store to notify them of their mistake, the same lady was once again rude and seemed irritated that I called. She tried to put me off and said I would have to call back the next day and speak with someone else.

Quite simply the only people I trust with my electronics. The previous occupiers of this location came across as quite rude; but the new business in this location is (at their old location) where I’d always go.
