I am giving one star as I am unable to give zero. I needed a new battery for my mobile phone. Over the course of nearly three weeks I was told a) they sent the wrong battery b) struggling to source a battery, may have to send to China for one c) have managed to source one d) have put in new battery but the phone is still giving the same message e) will order some other parts which may sort the problem f) I will work on it until 8pm tonight,ring tomorrow morning 10am to find out if it is fixed. He was unable to fix it . Also he said several times he would ring me and only once did he actually call me back. I took all his reasons in good faith which I now know were excuses and not genuine reasons. I know this because I took my phone elsewhere and had the battery replaced and phone working within a day for less than half the price I was quoted by him.
In these difficult times I would not dream of criticising anyone in business, however, in this case I am sad to say that I felt I had no choice due to being so badly let down.

Excellent professional service by the polite and friendly guy. Very quick turn around. Saved me a fortune on a new led light assembly on my car for the sake of a cheap repair that couldn’t be done elsewhere! Remember it’s not just phone repairs… repairs include car key fobs, led light assembly and I’d imagine most things if it needs soldering. If you ask I’m sure he’ll advise you if it can be done! A+++. I was disassembling my PS4 pro when I mistakenly ripped off the power connector from the motherboard, I found my local micro soldering repair shop, and he did a very fine job now the connectors sturdier than the original. I would highly recommend his services I know I’ll be back for any similar repairs in the future! Prices reasonable, workmanship and service very high, Thanks mate!!
