I went to get a new battery on my 5 year old 11 pro max. It’s been 2 months now since I got it and everything works like a new phone. It’s been perfect. I got it so much cheaper than Genius Bar and all within an hour. The customer service person/owner was very polite too. Gave me a new screen protector free too. Highly recommend. I asked in a few local group and all together 30 people had recommended this place to me. They were right. It’s the place to go for phone repairs fast and cheap.
Sabin fixed my cracked iPhone screen and replaced its dying battery within an hour of drop off, which was even faster than the time quoted. He kindly added a tempered glass protector and threw in a perfectly acceptable case for free (after apologising that he was out of his favourite case for my model!). Quick, friendly and good value service – you know you’ve come to the right place when you walk into a shop and hear another customer saying “I’ll always come here”.
To my horror my phone died last night. I took it to Mar Fon first thing this morning. The team quickly diagnosed the problem, ordered a new part which their supplier delivered the same day and I was able to pick it up by the end of the day. The team were all courteous and helpful. Should I ever have phone issues again or require items for my phone this business will be my first choice. Outstanding service. Thank you to the wonderful Mar Fon team!
