I recently visited Marnics Mobile with my mom because her phone’s microphone speaker wasn’t working well. Before replacing the microphone, the staff took the time to clean it first, free of charge, which completely resolved the issue. We were both incredibly impressed with their honesty, kindness, and excellent service.

I also brought in my MacBook, which wasn’t functioning properly. Marnics Mobile gave me a much better estimate for the repair cost than Apple and offered a free diagnostic before proceeding with any repairs. Their transparency and customer-first approach really stood out to us. Highly recommend Marnics Mobile for their outstanding service and integrity!

I broke my phone yesterday as I was getting off work which ruined my drive back so I went in today and I was met with such a welcoming hospitality by a young man named Felix, who took my phone and was able to give me an affordable estimate. He told me to give him till the end of day and when I got the call, I walked in to a brand new phone like I just bought it which was surprising cause of the way I brought it in and he also hooked me up with a brand new case for future protection 😉 and a quality screen protector. I guess what I’m saying is if you need your phone fixed, a new case and screen protector come meet Felix, he knows what to do. 10/10 experience!!!!!

Customer service here is awesome, especially from a specific employee named Alaric. He was very patient with me and was beyond helpful the couple times I came In needing help switching providers. In terms of cell phone repair, I brought my iPhone in to get the screen replaced and initially everything seemed great, but after a few months the corner of the screen started to fall out, which seems to be a problem that happens with all cell phone repair places as I’ve gone to 4 different repair places in Thunder Bay and have had that same issue everywhere. Hands down would recommend Marnics over any other place in Thunder Bay.
