Really friendly customer service, I took a phone into them knowing that it was probably too old to be repaired, and although I was correct they had it and worked on it for 3 days and tried everything, knowing that it wouldn’t work I managed to get them to swap parts off one phone and put it to another for it to work and I was so chuffed! Just needed a spare phone, they were really helpful and it was a shame that they couldn’t initially size one but they managed to sort it out otherwise.

My partner Harvey sent his phone to get fixed and they did an amazing job. He has tried to get it fixed twice at another shop and the charging port still kept breaking. So we found this place online and sent the phone in to them and they diagnosed that the previous repairs were done incorrectly. They even ordered a new component that was needed and they didn’t charge us extra. Aso it was cheaper than the other place that kept doing in incorrectly! I will Definitely recommend to anyone else needing there phone fixed

Nothing but praise for this company.. incredibly professional and honest. Explained things very well and answered all of my questions even if it meant repeating himself. I wasn’t aware there was warranty left on my tablet and rather than just give me an option to repair where he could make money himself he let me know to go and check with them first so it would save my own money. I wouldn’t go anywhere else now for my tech problems. Great company and an absolute pleasure to deal with!
