We had a very good service and the cost was very reasonable. Fixed my pc ( HP Pavilion 22) after a major crash ( not a simple reset / restore – & contacted HP support who also could not help ). restored pc , loading windows 10 & restored all data on the pc – which we thought had been lost. Repaired the same day, which allowed me to work from home , with hardly any downtime.
We had given Matrix our daughters lap top to fix a few years ago – and we remembered the service was very good back then and recommended by a number of our school friends.

Excellent service from Matrix Computer Services – Sandhurst.
I enquired about updating my old laptop by disk replacement to an SSD.
They responded very quickly with a quote for the whole task : supply a new SSD; transferring the system and data to the new disk; replacing the old disk with the SSD; and system testing.
I accepted the quote and they collected my laptop, carried out the work very efficiently, then returned it to my home address, all within the original quote.
If anyone else has an old laptop with an HDD which is still being used – I highly recommend this company and using them to upgrade to an SSD – everything is SO MUCH QUICKER.

I had a problem with my HP printer not working as I had moved house. It worked fine in my old house but now wouldn’t work in the new one. I rang Matrix and Gerry came round the next day. He spent about 2 hours trying to get it connected to WiFi by all the means he could think of but, although the HP app said everything was ok, it wouldn’t work. However he got it to work via cable which I was happy with as at least it’s working. I thought the charges were very reasonable for the time and effort made by Gerry and appreciated him coming round so quickly.
