I have been obsessed with keeping my 2013 Acer laptop running and when it kept shutting down – new years day! – would not open I took it into Matt Carr Repair. He has had my dinosaur before – and kept it running – long story short – was so amazed when I picked it up the other day – I was able to start it up and go back online!! way to go Matt Carr- but to be on the safe side- I also decided it was time to get things swapped over to a new to me laptop – which he did nicely as well.
