I chose a rdv at MCS because it was closer to me than the Apple Store at cap 3000 . The assistant could not help me with my problem because I had an unrecognized phone number listed and we could not do my verification code. Neither could the assistant begin to tell me why I was not receiving emails in 3 of my accounts . But the worst part was an attitude of complete annoyance at my problem. He told me that without a valid phone number I could not access my account and that I could not change the phone number until I got on the account which was blocked so there was nothing that could be done. I did both these things at the Apple Store the next day though they said I had probably been hacked and it was a difficult situation. But the real problem was that this assistant at MCS seemed to resent his job. And of course I am 25 years older than he and speak another language so I thought I managed very well despite his impatience. I heard a second assistant seemingly willing to speak English so I will ask for him if I ever make another appt. Not because my French is bad , but because he seemed eager and willing to help.

Tragically my Ipad died last week so yesterday I made a trip to my favorite Apple Store, MCS Nice, in hopes that my machine could be salvaged. I stopped by the repair side of the business where the kind folks there spent 30 min doing diagnostic testing, ultimately confirming my IPad was not revivable. A new machine was the only solution. At the store side of MCS, I had the good fortune to have Ludo assist me with purchasing a new machine. He ever so patiently explained the pros and cons of the different Ipads and did not rush me as I decided which one to buy. Next he graciously completely set up my new purchase which took a good hour. When I left the store, my new IPad was 100% ready for use which I greatly appreciated. Ludo was charming, patient, and professional. The entire experience at MCS was easy and frankly, fun!

I want to share my fantastic shopping experience I had purchasing my new Mac Mini at MCS in Nice. M. Valentin M’Rica guided me through the selection of several options. He was extremely knowledgeable and patiently explained the benefits of each option. He never rushed me into a decision and was very considerate of my time. When I finally selected the Mac Mini, he offered to transfer the application and files from my current Macbook Pro for no extra charge. That saved me hours and hours of downloading and installing programs. When I came to pick up the computer the next day, he took me to the back office and patiently explained how the Mac Mini was setup, and what to expect when I connected it back home. I had a great experience and I highly recommend both MCS and Valentin for your next Apple purchase.
