Update to owner’s response: I never came in three days ago. You are misinformed and when I came to store my phone was still within 1 month of warranty. Your poor excuses are shocking. Perhaps check your own CCTV and I have a physical receipt that you ‘fixed it’ which you are now claiming you did not. Please beware as they try to further cover their terrible customer service.

Wouldn’t recommend. Had my phone screen fixed and within two days it had issues with touch – not touching where I typed, red mark on screen, kept locking me out for 5 minutes-1 hour and Face ID stopped working.

Went back with my warranty to address it and was told they would not fix it because it says on the receipt if the phone is damaged the warranty is void. At no point did they mention this verbally. The reason my phone had a slight crack was because they removed the screen protector and never put a new one back on – have had my phone for two years and never had a single crack until they removed the protector and did not replace.

My issue itself was with the touch sensitivity and I did not have a problem with the crack (still works fine) but they refused to look at the phone at all.

Terrible customer service. Paid PS100 and still have a damaged touch screen. Please go elsewhere.

Great service. Had a new battery installed in a 20 year old IPod Classic and the battery was changed quickly (a day earlier than expected). Very pleasant staff. I highly recommend them for your repairs etc.
