Took my phone in with a cracked screen to get replaced, got it back a couple hours later with dead pixels and a screen that won’t turn on. They said they could transfer the data to an old phone they had for $499 – $100 from the deposit that was paid which was not refunded even though all they did was break my phone even more. They did not take responsibility and even asked if it had water damage or other issues, but it was working fine before and now isn’t at all. Would’ve liked an explanation, apology or refund. Mate it’s the son typing all this, and it was not run over it was dropped. And if there was internal damage how come there was nothing wrong with the phone when I gave it to you. Stop shifting the blame.

Had to get my screen replaced on S21 Ultra. Went in on MOnday afternoon and within 48 hours the screen had been shipped up and replaced in the exactly the time frames that were first communicated. Price did not change as per initial quote. So honest business, excellent and prompt service. Very professional approach and highly recommended for travellers from interstate that need a quick service.

Great service. I was given the run around by a few different computer places as I needed 3 screws that my son had lost from the back of his laptop. MD computers called me after my initial email and said to come in and they will see what they have. They had some and were kind enough not to charge for them. Thank you will definitely be back if I need anything else sorted out.
