I have ordered a PS4 game (uncharted 4) in sale and wanted it to get delivered to the Packetstation. It got dispatch on the next day…
DHL tried to deliver it for 3 days. After that it went back to Mediamarkt.
After asking to their representatives, why my package is not delivered in the packet station. they said DHL has this law that they don’t deliver CD/DVDs to the packetstation then why the hell Mediamarkt dispatched it. further, I asked, can I get the same game in same price, I will come and pick up from the store. To this question…. representative replied, that sorry sir deal is over now if you want buy it .. you have to buy it in the original price… Thats just pissed me off…
After this whole talk, I contacted their Facebook page, explaining the situation. The FB team said that I should order the product with full price and they will return my difference. So now I got the same game in the same price as it was in sale.. Thank you mediamarkt 🙂

I wish I could give more stars but If I have to rate this store according to its location I can say that the Emmendingen Store deserve 5 stars and the Freiburg store 1 that’s why i gave 3. I live in Freiburg but usually go until Emmendingen to buy stuffs because of it’s customer service that is great, good professionals and people willing to help in everything and show you their products.
The contrary in Freiburg its seemed you are doing them the favor to buy there and people seemed to be not in a good mood daily … Specially the cashiers !
