I ordered an iPhone 13 model from you, I wanted to buy it on credit, the phone arrived on 07/05/2023, I arrived at the store and immediately went to the checkout to place an order. At the checkout, the cashier, Mrs. NEUROHR-WALTER, said that if I did not speak German, she could not get me a loan. I asked to call the senior manager. A young guy came out and clarified that I did not have the right to take a loan, also because of my lack of knowledge of the German language. (He was without a badge and did not want to say his name and surname) said that he was not obliged to do this crosses in my ears* I am a citizen of EU Bulgaria, I work and live in Germany, I speak Bulgarian, Ukrainian, English and I am in the process of learning German. And I think that I have the right to buy an expensive phone on credit.. Your staff spoke to us very rudely and this is not the first time. We ask you to pay attention to this because we are your customers!

I’m very surprised. The staff is not polite at all. A specially staff from computer stands. We were waiting like 20min them and when they were finally got free ,instead of helping us, they just started speaking with a colleague despite they saw us …and after when we started ask a question , they answered with a not polite way at all. I was feeling like I bother him. Shame on you…
