Today, I returned a defective headset with disrespectful treatment from the staff. They sent me to three different places, seemingly avoiding responsibility for the return. Perhaps due to being a foreigner, there was doubt about the headset’s defect. Despite showing the issue to a technician, they rudely directed me elsewhere, leading to a circular process. After much wasted time, they eventually processed the return and provided a document for it. I don’t recommend buying anything there.
Just one if these places that can deliver products from stock at the moment you need them. Compared to online shopping you pay double sometimes.
