Perfect customer service by Mr. Weber from the TV-section. He saw me comparing different smartphones and offered me his help (even though it wasn’t his department). He answered all my questions and took his time even though the store was packed. Will definitely return here for future visits.
I mean you can buy a lot of electronics here, but I really think you should compare the price to other companies first (before you buy it) because often media Markt doesn’t have the best price
While the selection might not be the best, friendly and helpfull staff make this a great place to just browse some tech and maybe get some advice on an upcoming purchase. Free Wi-Fi included.
