You cannot find someone to help you. I told someone that one specific handy is turned off and if he can just open it, I waited for I don’t know how long; he never came for this 1 minute. I approached someone else (finally someone was available to help you). He just told me that if it is closed then it isn’t charging… So not even charged handys here. In the 1st floor there was no one to be seen for help. I wasn’t impressed by the store.
I wasn’t too impressed with the service at the store. The sales staff just ignore you, and when I finally got one to help, I was asked to wait a few minutes as he attended to something else – the few minutes turned into over half an hour as I just waited, only to be told the Kindle I wanted was out of stock and that I should go to the nearby Saturn store to get it cos they have it (they didnt).
Firstly i would like to thank the sales guys that tried their best for us, pushing for a solution. We wanted to buy for nearly 10,000EUR worth of cameras but we had to left empty handed as the keys for security were unavailable. We had to go back to France, we proposed to pay and get it sent later but got turned down from the management without solution. First time we experience that.
