I ordered charging cables online. Because in store all the shelves were empty, just to realize after ordering that my order is ready for pick up in 6 minutes. This means that they are too lazy to restock their shelves waisting peoples time. My husband went into the store to pick up my order and they refuse to give it to him. Then he asked if he can then purchase the same cables that is in the store but just not on the shelves. They refused him and said “we don’t have time for this”. Absolutely disgusting customer service. This store needs a good manager to take action agains lazy workers! I doubt I will go back to this horrible store in Schorndorf.
